Everyone loves eating Chicken Parmesan but making it can be time consuming. This one-skillet meal has the great flavor that you love about Chicken Parm but without the work. The best part is that the pasta cooks right in the skillet so that’s one less pot for clean-up!

Ingredients: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego® Tomato Basil Garlic Italian Sauce 6 ounces (about 2 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta (The pasta cooks right in the dish- a time saver and one less pot to clean) 2 cups water 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese etc etc
Instructions:
Step 1 : Season the chicken as desired. Sprinkle the chicken with the Italian seasoning. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover and keep warm.
Step 2 : Stir the sauce, rotini and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the rotini is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cooked chicken. Season to taste.
Step 3 : Sprinkle with the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Cover and let stand until the mozzarella cheese is melted.
